Involvement as a Christian presence in the larger community is a key focus of our ministry life.

After Sunday worship, as we go forth into those places the Lord has put us, our hope is that God’s Spirit has so strengthened, challenged, and encouraged us in worship and fellowship that we can be salt and light in His world.

In addition to invitations to various ministry events at our church or other local churches: we serve a meal once a month at the Emmaus Shelter in Ellsworth.  During the month of March we work at the local food bank.  (And some in our church help out there at other times in the year.)  And Pastor Brooks holds a church service every Saturday at the local jail.
